Looking Out the Kitchen Window

One morning, after dropping the older boys off at school, Lucas and I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. (I promise--he ate something healthy before he got that bar cookie whose remnants you see on his face.) In our new house, the view from the kitchen table takes in the whole backyard with lots of exciting things to see, like "robin-birds," and brown squirrels, and leaves!
