Anne Geddes Meets Real Life
You all know who Anne Geddes is, right? She is that photographer who puts babies inside flower petals or flower pots or even hatching out of eggs. And they are just sooo impossibly adorable that you want to eat them up. We came close to that here...
On Monday after we moved in, my sister Anna stopped by on her way home from Utah. We adults were in unpacking when Grandpa Leon said, "Catherine, come outside with your camera. Anna, you'll want yours, too."
The previous owners had been kind enough to leave all their pots filled with potting soil and ready to plant. This is what we found:
Aren't Lucas and Abby cute little flowers? Notice the dirt on the little plastic car next to them? They were taking handfuls of dirt and dumping it on each other's head, back, arm, even throwing it out of the pot. Aren't they precious?
